I would love to get anyone's input on my progress. I'm still working on my camera skills. I need better lighting.
I was trying to follow a pattern in a jewelry magazine. I didn't (at the time) have the correct wire gauge or type, so this is an approximation of what was in the directions.
I think I'll attempt it again a little later.
I'm working on a design especially for my Mom. I'm not sure if she'll wear it, but I wanted her to know I'm thinking about her. We never know how much time we truly have with our parents.
May peace be with you.
Please send a comment. I'm not certain I have the correct settings on it yet, but I check back later.

Jewelry creation has always interested me, and now I have the time to explore it more fully. Family, friends and Faith are important to me and this will be my direction of focus. Design inspiration comes from everything around me. Nature, geometric shapes, repeated patterns. See you there.

Inspiration from DC and other places
While in DC last month, I took pictures of a bunch of stuff most people wouldn't understand. They were for inspiration for my jewelry. Let me see if I can post a few. You'll see what I mean.
First I want to show you 2 pictures of the same scene. I call them, "Now you see it, Now you don't." Playing with our new camera.
Now here's a few of my inspiration pictures.

A beginning
Celtic knotwork for wire jewelry. I'm seeing a condensing down of my interests. (basket weaving, wire jewelry, drawing, symetry, zentangling, even perhaps teaching...again.)
I'm eternally grateful to my husband, Rayford, for his support, my daughter, Sarah, for her patience and sense of humor, my son, Chris, for his insights and tech support. This will be a growing experience for me.
Let the adventure begin.
